He hasn't got better at conditioning and so would probably lose to Silver in a stamina battle. The matchup is still great in Silver's favour, and we don't really have a reason to believe that Murisakibara can keep going like that without his knees giving up. He was destroying Vorpal Swords until a few bad possessions against Murisakibara. I don't think Silver should be ranked that low. They are comparable in terms of general play and physique, and they are able to use the same moves, but after Haizaki uses the moves they become literally useless where as with Kise you could in theory just keep using an unstoppable move, Kise would copy it and then it would go on. I literally don't see a single argument for Kise over Haizaki outside of PC. Haizaki was destroying Kaijo before Kise went into PC.
I don't know why you have put base Kise over Haizaki. I think A tier would be fine considering he is still a good scorer and can get steals but I don't think there is anything to suggest he is the best uncrowned king.
Yes, his IQ is amazing but that is only shown because the refs are blind and he was on the perfect team. Moving on to Hanamiya, I think he should be lower. They hadn't faced Hayama (more on him later) but still the game against Kaijo kind of showed that Kasamatsu was better than Izuki and Kasamatsu isn't that far behind Izuki in passing so I think Kasamatsu should at least be B. Izuki has said that he was the fastest person outside Generation of Miracles they had faced, and Izuki was only able to hold Kasamatsu back because of Kuroko. The one I'm most triggered about is Kasamatsu. This is mostly a good tier list but there are some outrageous picks here.
